Are your candles and wax melts made with natural ingredients?
Yes! All of our candles and wax melts are handcrafted using 100% natural soy wax. We choose soy for its clean burn, gentle scent throw, and eco-friendly qualities. We never use paraffin or synthetic wax blends.
Where do you source your fragrance oils?
We use high-quality essential oils and fragrance blends from Nikura, a trusted UK-based supplier known for their ethical and cruelty-free products.
What kind of wicks do you use?
Our wicks are sourced from Candleshack and are carefully selected to suit each candle type. We use cotton or paper-core wicks to ensure a clean, even burn with minimal soot.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our ingredients are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. We never use animal-derived materials or test on animals — ever.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer simple, elegant gift wrapping — perfect for birthdays, thank-yous, or just because. You can add this option at checkout.
Do you use sustainable or recyclable packaging?
We do our best to be as eco-conscious as possible. Our packaging is minimal, recyclable, and often reusable. We’re always looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact while keeping your items beautifully protected.
Can I customise a candle or card?
Absolutely! We love personalising items. Whether it’s a custom fragrance, a name on a label, or a bespoke occasion card, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to make it special.
How long do your candles burn for?
Our candles vary in size, but most offer a burn time of between 20 to 40 hours. Always follow the care instructions to get the best performance from your candle.
